I want to thank you again for all your help to me personally and to my company, HCC/Hudson over the years. You’ve always been there when I’ve had print issues of one sort or another. Your thorough knowledge of the print business combined with exceptional customer service has bailed me out of any number of critical jams… (no pun intended ) You’ve also given me excellent counsel on those few times when I was evaluating the right new printer purchase.
You have also opened my eyes to the little ways that some manufacturers build in premature error messages about replacing this or that…especially cartridges. Thanks for the alerts and appropriate actions.
So again, my thanks. It is a pleasure working with you. You know your stuff but equally important, you know your customers and how a sudden print problem can potentially have disastrous ramifications.
